Back-To-School Supplies Giveaway

Throughout the month of July, Raising Cane’s Laurel has been collecting school supplies by offering a free drink to anyone who donates supplies. As the major sponsor of a Back-To-School Supplies Giveaway on Thursday, July 31 at Pinehurst Park in Downtown Laurel, the giveaway is the finale to the Central Sunbelt Federal Credit Union’s Summer Entertainment Series that included Concerts in the Park and Downtown Movie Night. In conjuction with Laurel Main Street and Agape Church, the giveaway will serve over 500 children with bags filled with folders, paper, pens, pencils,crayons, erasers, glue sticks and more. Raising Cane’s is distinguished by its generous support of the communities it serves. Several Crewmembers are planning to volunteer at the event. Active community support is embedded in Raising Cane’s corporate DNA, so seeing the ONE LOVE team heavily involved in Laurel schools and other non-profit organizations is part of their company vision.

Child needs to be present to receive school supplies.
