Mississippi Faith Based Coalition for Community Renewal will provide housing counselors to be on-hand to assist individuals who are experiencing hardship with paying their mortgage or rebuilding their credit. Find out how to qualify to have their mortgage paid for up to 24 months, interest rate or payment reduced and credit restored through the First-Time Homebuyer Program.

Please bring two copies of each of the following:

• Utility Bill
• 2011-2012 Tax Return and W2 transcripts from the IRS (we do not accept transcripts from tax preparers)
• Mortgage Statement
• Deed of Trust
• Promissory Note
• Two months of Bank Statements, paycheck stubs or unemployment Award Letter (and/or any other income documents)
• Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
