Laurel Farmers Market

Since it opened in 2010, the Laurel Farmers Market has been a place where people come to buy fresh produce from local Pine Belt farmers. Some of the farmers who set up stands in the market year after year are seen as old friends that customers see every Thursday in June. The Laurel Farmers Market is sponsored Central Sunbelt Federal Credit Union and Laurel Main Street, and in its early years, was located on Front Street, before moving to an empty lot in the 500 block of Central in 2012. Today, you will find the Farmers Market at its newest location behind Office Producr Center.  Laurel Main Street officials offer spaces to the farmers/vendors at a minimal of charge.
