Downtown Laurel 5PM - 8PM

Trick or Treating hours are from 5 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, citywide. Police will block off the street along the Downtown Historic District and Northpark Dr /from Audubon to Old Bay St. area.
