Memorial Day Garbage Schedule

The City of Laurel Public Works Department will be closed Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day. Garbage collection service will be postponed by one day and will resume as follows:
- Will collect Monday’s route on Tuesday, May 27;
- Will collect Tuesday’s route on Wednesday, May 28;
- Will collect Wednesday’s (commercial) route on Thursday, May 29.
The Public Works Department will switch to a summer work schedule beginning Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Offices will be open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Garbage containers will need to be at the ready for collection by 6:00 a.m. of your respective pick-up day.
