Arista, the company that prints and sends out the City of Laurel Water Bills, recently sent out old bills from April 2019 in error. The customers’ who received the old bills in error were billed correctly on 09/30/2022 and should please disregard the April 2019 bills. The bills that were supposed to be sent out for our October 2022 billing will be sent out as soon as possible. No Late Fees or Penalties will be applied to any customer’s account who has been affected by this error. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
