Open Mic Night returns to Lee's! The open mic night has been a local favorite since it began years ago. Local musicians, poets, etc. are welcome. Come and perform original material and covers for a laid-back, supportive audience. Anyone is welcome to participate as long as they keep it family-friendly. Free to all!

Coffee Connection is a time for adults (18+) to unwind, socialize, and enjoy a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Take an hour to express your creativity at the coloring station, or bring a friend (or make a new one!) while playing board games, card games, or working on a fun puzzle.

Join the staff at the Laurel-Jones County Library on the second Saturday of each month to enjoy a game of chess! Test your skills, challenge someone, or learn a new hobby. Chess boards and timers will be set out from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Reading Area.

The Tween Thing is a time for tweens ages 9-12 to play games, make crafts, and have fun at the Laurel-Jones County Library!

  Join the Laurel-Jones County Library for LEGO CLUB on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. It is open to the public and is for ages five and above. There will be a "brick challenge" each month and the library will display each masterpiece in the library until the time for the next month's meeting. […]
