Work on 15th Avenue Project Begins

The intersection at North 15^th Avenue and 3^rd Street will be closed until further notice as work crews complete multiple improvements in the area. The work will include water main replacement, sewer main replacement and/or rehabilitation, water and sewer service replacements and stormwater drainage improvements. The existing street will be replaced with asphalt paving. This work marks the beginning of a project to complete such upgrades to the water, sewer, and drainage systems on 15^th Avenue from Congress Street to 12^th Street. The project has been made possible by ARPA grant funding received by the city in 2022.
